R-32 is a refrigerant which has a lower impact on the environment and has better energy efficiency than R-410A. "Urusara 7" was the world's first split which adopted R-32. "Urusara 7" received high acclaim especially for product performance. In 2013 "Urusara 7" received various awards including a "Prime Minister's Award" of the 5th Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Awards for excellent engineering, a "Minister Prize of Economic, Trade and Industry" of Energy Conservation Grand Prize for excellent energy conservation equipment, and a 2013 Red Dot Design Award.
