- The roller which heats the toner and fixes it is coated with a material that provides excellent heat resistance, non-stick performance and wear resistance.
- The backup roller which presses the paper against the fixing roller has a fluoroelastomer coating which has good elasticity and heat resistance, and the PFA shrinkage tube is fitted over the silicone rubber.
- The cleaning blade which scrapes the toner off the fixing roller uses a fluoroelastomer with high tenacity (firm elasticity) and heat resistance.
- The release tab which scrapes off the toner before it reaches the cleaning blade is coated with POLYFLON TOUGH COAT ENAMEL which provides good smoothness and heat resistance.
- Fluorochemical-based DEMNUM GREASE is used as heat-resistant lubricating grease for the fixing roller because it can withstand temperatures of up to 250
