Daikin’s fluorochemical products (including polymers, chemicals and gasses) are intended for industrial and consumer use only as specified. Daikin cannot give advice or recommendations, nor be responsible, for unintended uses including, specifically, medical use or any other use for which approval is required from the Food and Drug Agency or any of its branches or organs.

Medical Use - Daikin does not intend and will not sell any of our fluorochemical products to be used in any medical use.

Food Contact Use - Certain Daikin fluorochemical products are approved for use in food-contact applications. It is necessary for Daikin to approve of each specific application of our fluorochemical products for food-contact uses.

For customers who are considering our fluorochemical products any product which requires FDA approval, or has a food contact or prolonged skin contact aspect, Daikin will only supply our products only after entering into a contract in which the responsibilities of Daikin and our customer are clearly agreed.
