Heat Resistance, Electrical Properties and Weather Resistance

Heat Regisutance
- Working temperature range is wider than that of general-purpose plastics. FEP can be used in -200 ~ +200
temperatures, whereas PTFE and PFA can be used up to +260
Weather Regisutance
- Fluorine is a polymer of extremely high coupling strength. Characteristics deteriorate little even after 10 years or more of outdoor exposure.
Insulating Proparties
- Fluoroplastics paint has its own intrinsic electrical properties such as low dielectric loss and high insulation resistance (high breakdown pressure)
Flame retarding property
- Fluoroplastics paint does not burn in air or atmospheres with less than 95% oxygen.
