Using an advanced co-crosslinking technology, this new material has the heat resistance and high temperature sealing properties approaching that of acrylicrubber and also has significantly improved oil additive resistance and low temperature properties over that of fluoroelastomer.
DAI-EL ALLOY can be used in harsher environments such as those around automobile engines where not only oil resistance but also heat resistance is required, making conventional acrylic rubber unusable.

Heat Resistance(Air-oven aging test)
Heat resistance is improved by approx.25C over acrylic rubber.
 

Sealing property(Compression set test)
Exhibits sealing capability close to that of fluoro elastomer.
 

Oil Additive Resistance(Engine oil soaking test)
Oil additive resistance is significantly improved over that of fluoroelastomer.
 
Test temperature: 175C
Test oil: Showa Shell HELIX SG 10W-30

Low temperature property
Low temperature properties are significantly improved over those of fluoroelastomer.
