  • M-111 is a next generation PTFE with improved creep properties.Parts exhibit less deformation under load than conventional PTFE. It is a good choice for seals used under high temperature and pressure.
  • M-112 offers less microvoids than conventional PTFE plus good bend fatigue resistance. It is suited for dynamic applications such as bellows and diaphragms.

Features
M-111 M-112

Seal rings Dynamic seals
O-rings Bellows
Packing Diaphragms
Anti-corrosive linings  Dynamic applications which require chemical and heat resistance
Gaskets

Total deformation (a) and Compression Set (b) at different temperature.
Conditions : According to ASTM D621 (Load at 6.9MPa)

M-112 improves bending fatigue resistance 4-fold (in-house comparison) over conventional PTFE. It is excellent for bellows, diaphragms and other parts used in liquid handling systems.

Minimal deformation under load
Improved durability in parts that undergo repeated deformation such as bellows (long bend life).
Good electrical insulation (dielectric breakdown strength)
Good transparency
Easy secondary working (Welding, bending, shrinking, stretching)
