Handling Precautions
For maximum safety when handling DAIFREE, we ask that you always read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before using and follow the instructions written below:

1. When using DAIFREE for the first time, thoroughly clean the mold to remove any residue such as mold releasing agent, oil, and organic matter contamination that may adhere on the mold surface. When DAIFREE is first applied, the intended effect may not be initially apparent. However, after repeated use, DAIFREE starts to form a thin layer on the mold surface that improves releasing capabilities.

2. Mold releasing capabilities will improve if 2-3 thin coats are applied rather than one thick coat.

<HFC and HFC Aerosol Types>
While HCFC-141b has no flash point, the vapor has a combustion range of 6.5-15.5% in air. In addition, if HFC-134a come into contact with flames, thermal decomposition may cause toxic gases to be generated. Always provide adequate ventilation, and avoid using near flames. (Fluorocarbon compounds may decompose and generate toxic gases when coming into contact with flames.)

<Aqueous emulsion type>
Store in a cool, dark well-ventilated area (5-35)
As this product is an emulsion, performance will be severely affected if stored for an extended period of time and should be used within 6 months.

<HFC and HFC Aerosol Types (CFC alternative type)>
Since the boiling point is extremely low, keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, dark, well-ventilated area. (-5-35)

<Organic solvent type>
Keep away from sources of ignition and keep container tightly closed. Store in a cool, dark, well-ventilated area. (5-35)
Aerosol Type
Do not incinerate the can after use.
Store in a cool, dry area below 40 . Make a hole in the can to allow any residual gas to escape before disposing of the can.

Safety Precautions
1. Use in places that are well ventilated. Install ventilation equipment in areas if necessary.
2. Be sure to wear protective goggles. If the agent gets into the eyes, wash immediately with clean water. If the eyes begin to hurt, seek medical attention.
3. Wear rubber gloves to avoid letting the agent come into contact with the skin. If it comes into contact with the skin, immediately wash with soap and water.
4. If accidentally swallowed, wash out mouth with water and seek medical attention.

OPTODYNE UV
Handling Precautions
For maximum safety when handling OPTODYNE, we ask that you always read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before using and follow the instructions written below:

1. Be sure to wear protective goggles. If the agent gets into the eyes, wash immediately with large amounts of running water. If the eyes begin to hurt, seek medical attention.
2. Always use rubber gloves when using since contact with the skin for a long extended time may cause affected area to turn red and become swollen. Should the agent come in contact with the skin, wash immediately with soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
3. Avoid inhaling vapor.
4. Since there is a danger of ignition, keep agent out of the vicinity of fire and any type of heat source.

Storage Method and Possible Length of Storage
1. Store in designated container and store in cool, dark place (5-10 ).
2. Agent can be stored for up to six months when sealed and stored in a place shielded from light.
