Daikin's service vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art mobile computing devices, keeping service engineers with the up-to-date information they need. The D-BIPS integrated building monitoring board monitors and controls a wide variety of facilities and equipment inside buildings.

Beyond the repair of air conditioners

We also offer a maintenance service for buildings, for example, elevator management and cleaning service.
Building management requires a wide range of activities, such as maintenance for various equipment, cleaning and a security service. Daikin's professional engineers supervise these activities as a whole, to grasp the overall condition of the building and consult with customers to offer valuable management. The Airnet Service System provides remote monitoring and early warning of malfunctions in the customer's air conditioning equipment. Making use of this technology, we developed D-BIPS, an independent integrated building monitoring board. Multiple D-BIPS installations can be linked online using the Building Airnet System for integrated control. It maintains a comfortable environment at all times and has received enthusiastic praise from our customers.
