From AC Equipment to Building Management

Services extend from the management of air conditioning equipment to comprehensive building management and maintenance. We independently developed the Air Conditioning Network Service, a remote monitoring service equipped with energy-saving control that is interlocked with an AC equipment breakdown prediction function and weather information. Another service is D-BIPS, a building integrated monitoring panel that enables visualization of accumulated air conditioning data. Additionally, through its online connection with D-BIPS, the Air Conditioning Network Service System provides energy-saving comfort while lowering administrative costs. As a result, it offers greater satisfaction to not only building managers but also to building users.
