A Wealth of Human Resources

Daikin's childcare support systems help create a workplace where employees can balance work and family life. We strive to make the most of the talents of our unique mix of employees; for example, we promote an environment where both men and women work on a level playing field, and we have a system for re-hiring retired employees, who can then continue to work until they are 70.

We also actively hire the disabled.

Occupational Safety and Health

To promote a zero-accident workplace environment where employees can work in safety, Daikin division heads act as leadership role models and all employees take part in efforts to raise the level of occupational safety and health.

And to keep employees in top health, we provide physical check-ups and guidance from public nurses and nutritionists, as well as programs to maintain employees' mental well-being.
