Rooftop Type
Available for low-and medium-level buildings
The rooftop type is the right choice for large public spaces and low-level buildings with room to install an outdoor unit on the rooftop.
- Easy to install on rooftop or in plant room, requiring only ducting, power line and drain piping.
- In addition to its high efficiency, the scroll ccompressor is 10% lighter and 30% more compact than conventional reciprocating ccompressors. This makes the series lighter in weight and more compact than previous models. Also, since the scroll ccompressor generates less vibration, this series has greatly improved its durability and achieved a low operation sound. (UAT(Y)-K Series)
- Efficient cross-fin coils are used: the unique waffle louver fins*1 maximize heat exchange efficiency, while the Hi-XA copper tube*2, featuring an inner spiral groove, fully exploits refrigerant turbulence to help increase heat exchange efficiency. The result is substantial energy savings.

Greater Installation Freedom
- The ccompressor is contained in the outdoor unit, making the indoor unit lighter and easier to handle.
- Outdoor units can be concentrated or set up in separate locations.
- Long refrigerant piping of 70 meters actual length (equivalent length 90 meters) and 30 meters level difference can be used.
High Reliability
- Outdoor units are configured in units of 20 HP each, so even if something goes wrong with one unit, the other units in the system can continue to operate.
- Outdoor units are started sequentially to reduce start-up current, thus minimising required breaker capacity.
- The outdoor unit's heat exchanger fin has been specially pretreated with an acrylic anti-corrosion coating to provide greater resistance against salt damage and atmospheric pollution than ever.
Water Cooled Packaged Air Conditioners Floor Standing Type
- Noise emission has been reduced and durability increased by using
a low-vibration scroll compressor.
- The indoor unit has a strong anti-corrosive coating.
- There are two refrigerant circuits, so capacity can be controlled
in two stages, thus air conditioning is accurately
matched to load demand.
- Indoor units can be switched on/off and temperature set by remote control from a machine room.
