- The air conditioner units connected to each lntelligent Manager III system can be operated from a personal computer with a Web browser installed. This eliminates the need to install additional remote control devices, which take up space and can be troublesome when moving to a new location.

- Alert and details of malfunctions are sent to a specified e-mail address.This allows for a quick response when a problem occurs without the need for technical staff to be in front of the computer at all times.

- PPD data from lntelligent Manager III systems installed at remote locations can also be accessed via LAN. Managing air conditioning control costs and energy conservation are simplified because it is not necessary to visit multiple facilities.
