Past FUSION
FUSION21 (1995 to 2000)
As a result, we established a foundation for our future growth by reforming our profit structure as well as accelerating development of our global operations. Results include eradication of unprofitable business through profit/loss control by SBU, streamlining of indirect departments and reduction of production costs.
FUSION05 (2001 to 2005)
As a result, we achieved global No. 2 position in our main businesses by expanding our sales, increasing our shares in domestic AC market and overseas business ratio, and accomplished our market capitalization target of 1 trillion yen, providing us with more management options for our future.
