Commitment to Ensuring Product Quality

To thoroughly maintain and manage product quality, every product on the production line undergoes five inspection processes, including those for refrigerant leaks and operation, before being shipped. All departments, including development, procurement, and manufacturing, are committed to ensuring the safety and high quality of our products. In the unlikely event that a defect occurs, we will investigate the actual cause and work to prevent recurrence.

Skill transfer initiatives

Meister system (skills transfer)

To develop people to support our manufacturing, we have adopted a Meister system that enables experienced technicians to pass on their valuable skills and knowledge that affect quality, such as brazing, to younger technicians. These highly skilled technicians are given the title of Meister and are entrusted with the task of passing on their skills to employees not only at the Sakai Plant but also to employees around the world, enabling us to maintain uniform quality of our globally manufactured products. This system allows us to improve the technical capabilities of each individual, and we aim to involve our production outsourcing partners in the future to further improve our quality standards.
