NEOFLON™ ETFE EP-Series

NEOFLON ETFE is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene, and has the lowest specific gravity among all fluoropolymers. It has superior characteristics in melt processability and mechanical properties compared with PTFE and FEP, and has good electrical and chemical properties. It is suitable for applications requiring its mechanical toughness, chemical resistance, heat resistance and electrical properties.

EP-506 30 - 40 Approximately 1.77 Superior in melt flowability.
Best-suited for extrusion molding and injection molding for thin-walled wire coating, tubes and small parts.
EP-521 8 - 16 Approximately 1.74 Good melt flowability.
Best-suited for extrusion molding and injection molding for wire coating, films, tubes and various parts.
EP-526 9 - 15 Approximately 1.77 Good balance of melt flowability and mechanical properties.

EP-541 4 - 8 Approximately 1.74 Superior to EP-521 in stress crack resistance.
Suitable for thick-walled wire coating and extrusion molded articles.
EP-546 4 - 8 Approximately 1.77 Superior in mechanical properties and stress crack resistance.
Suitable for wire coating, films, tubes and various parts, that require stress crack resistance and heat resistance.
EP-610 25 - 35 Approximately 1.86 Superior in melt flowability. Suitable for thin-walled wire coating.
Suitable for injection molding for complex shape articles that require high melt flowability.
