Our existenoe is only permitted by being surrounded by Air, but as an element it is hard to perceive, to maeasure or even to weigh. To design and give shape to Air is a true challenge for designers. This exhibition illustrates how our design thinking and process is not solely based on building another three dimendional result / outcome but also it demonstrates the ability to build a narrative that can express the values of Daikin : an international industrial company. As a research centre, we are proud to be able to maintain a unique way of building projects; facilitating a team environment that mixes talents, cultures and capacities. This year we have collaborated with FormaFantasma, of whom we have greatly appreciated their sense of subtlety, poetry and attention to detail.

As external art directors the italian duo embraces the air thematic and has driven Fabrica's design team both conceptually and esthetically. For the show they have designed a piece which is both an homage to the air coming from fuman bodies and to the personal and human experience they have shared with the team.
Together we have created scenarios and designed tools that act as a stage for Air to express itself and in doing so, we would like to invite the viewer to witness an unexpected approach to such a modest material.
