The Daikin Group expresses its deepest sympathy to those suffering from the impact of the earthquakes in southeastern Turkey on February 6 and offers its sincerest hope for the earliest possible recovery and reconstruction of the disaster areas.
The Daikin Group announces its contribution of 230,000 euros (¥32,000,000) in emergency supplies to provide support for the relief of the victims in the affected area. The supplies will be delivered to the affected area via the Turkey Disaster and Management Authority and the Turkish Red Crescent Society. In addition, the group employees will raise donations, and the company will deliver it to the affected areas adding an amount equal to the collected donations.
The Daikin Group will continue to cooperate in relief activities for the affected areas and contribute in a variety of ways as needed toward reconstruction.
