Today, certain media has reported that Daikin Industries, Ltd. would acquire European Refrigerator and Freezer showcase manufacturer AHT. This information, however, has not been announced by us.
Daikin has been considering ways to strengthen commercial refrigeration business including an option to acquire AHT. If any resolution will be made, we will promptly disclose it.
