Expanding Chemical Business in India Amid Growing Demand for High-Performance Materials
OSAKA, JAPAN, 25 March 2026 – Daikin Industries, Ltd. today announced the establishment of Daikin Chemical India Private Limited in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The new company will handle sales, technical support, and marketing for fluorochemical products and is scheduled to commence operations in April 2026. Through this initiative, Daikin aims to strengthen its chemical business presence in India and expand its technical support and marketing activities for local customers.
In India, the government is promoting industrial development and local manufacturing under its "Make in India" initiative.
