STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT PLAN "FUSION"

FUSION 30

FUSION 30 is a five-year strategic management plan covering the period from FY2026 (year ending March 31, 2026) through FY2030 (year ending March 31, 2031).
Under the previous plan, FUSION 25 (FY2021–2025, year ended March 31, 2025), Daikin achieved its net sales targets. However, operating margin and ROE fell short of the target, leaving challenges in profitability.
Against this backdrop, under FUSION 30, we will focus on “rebuilding our earning power” in response to significant changes in global demand and the competitive landscape.

FUSION 30 centers on five key themes.
Priority is placed on themes that lead to “rebuilding our earning power,” such as “A. Achieving Growth in High-Profit Domains” and “B. Building a More Resilient Profit Structure.” At the same time, we will take on the challenge of “C. Enhancing Key Domains to Achieve Further Growth” as the next driver of business expansion. Furthermore, we will advance “D. Enhancing Management Foundation” to support the successful execution of these initiatives and pursue “E. Capital Policy for Sustainable Growth and Enhancing Corporate Value.”

Through the steady execution of these key themes, we aim to create new value through the environment and air and become a highly profitable and sustainable company that continues to be the global choice.
